Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are only able to fulfill and ship orders to those residing in the United States.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us at support@oldironpress.com.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times will vary based on three variables: product type, quantity ordered, and fulfillment location. Below is a list of average shipping times based on product type and fulfillment location. Please note: shipping times are estimates, not guarantees*. The estimates below don’t include the time it takes to create your products. Printful typically takes 3–7 days to create and fulfill your order before it’s shipped out.

Where will my order ship from?

Our on-demand printing and fulfillment partner, Printful, has facilities worldwide. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the availability of the product(s) at the time of order, your product(s) could ship from the following locations: United States, Mexico, Canada, Latvia, Spain, United Kingdom, Japan, or Australia.

My order should be here by now. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at support@oldironpress.com (include your order number). If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we are more than happy to send you a replacement order. However, the reorder and shipping will be at your own cost.

Returns

‍What’s your return policy?

As a small, independent business, we rely on on-demand printing and fulfillment through our partners over at Printful. On a planet with finite resources, on-demand manufacturing helps us to avoid and reduce overproduction. While it’s the most sustainable approach at at our scale, it does limit our control of the production and fulfillment process. At this time, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

If there’s something wrong with your order (e.g. missing item(s), damaged item(s), etc.), please let us know by contacting us at support@oldironpress.com. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item(s) or damaged item(s). If either of these situations apply, please contact us at support@oldironpress.com with photos of the wrong and/or damaged item(s) and we’ll work with you to make it right.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@oldironpress.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@oldironpress.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Sealed Goods

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
